NOTICE RE: TUUS FORMS
Booking the JCR does not require a TUUS form, as it is under the jurisdiction of L&L. However, if you plan to serve food from a non-York caterer, or bring in external (non-Osgoode) attendees, or book a room besides the JCR, you must submit a TUUS form.
As of this year, please note that all other (non-JCR) spaces require a TUUS form to book. TUUS forms must be submitted a MINIMUM of 15 days (ideally 3 weeks) prior to your desired booking time.
NOTICE RE: A/V EQUIPMENT
All JCR bookings automatically include access to the TV and HDMI cables. If you require other/additional A/V equipment, you must contact OEO (oeo@osgoode.yorku.ca) a minimum of 1 week prior to your event. The prices of other A/V equipment rentals can be found listed here.
