Members of Fair Change work to reduce the perpetuation of poverty created by provincial offence tickets that are imposed on street-involved individuals (e.g. panhandling, loitering). Student advocates manage their client file(s) from start to finish, including conducting interviews, managing client relationships, drafting legal materials, and representing clients in pre-hearing negotiations, hearings of first instance, and appeal hearings.
